What customers say
Since we are interested in your thoughts and opinions, we also have the honor to present some of them.
bruce tanFantastic rural experience, the folks in town very curious when we walked on the street. The guesthouse is clean and tidy, food prepared by Ahmad’s wife (owner) was delicious and I have a request for additional rice. Tour was great as well, very attentive and informative. Keep it up the good job
SanaThe guest house is so cute and clean. We went to visit the desert, the salt lake and other beautiful places with Mohammad in his car. We were completely alone in the desert and the lake and when visiting the town, that was awesome. I spent 1 and a half day in Varzaneh. I wish I could stay more and to enjoy nature. I went also to Tehran Isfahan and Shiraz and Persepolis. But my best moments of Iran are undoubtedly in Varzaneh and Isfahan. Mohamad is very friendly and full of kindness, which made this trip memorable. I wish I come back in the couple next time. Ahmad who is in charge of this house is also very welcoming.
To sum up, I sincerely have fond and touching memories of this town, and if you are going to Isfahan, I really recommend you to visit Varzaneh. I was satisfied to stay at this guest house because they take charge of everything (accommodation, transport, visiting, and food if you want in addition to a nice place).
Jan BareisGreat place to stay. Really friendly and helpful owner. Extremely delicious local food. We stayed there for two nights in a double room. Perfectly clean. Really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere there.
We did -(chronological order)
* sand boarding – a nice experience, but no actual boarding
*exploring the city (ox well, pigeon tower, camel mill, old women carpet spinning)
*salt lake tour with sunset – an absolute highlight
*sunrise at the caravansarai with drop off in Meybod afterward. Absolute highlight and really recommended.
Thanks for everything.
Peter GabrielWe spend 3 days in the Varzaneh traditional guesthouse. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and clean place then you are here on the right address. The owner Ahmad organize very enjoyable trips outside of the city. We can highly recommend the trip to the salt lake and sand dunes, sliding down with a board, drinking tea, coffee or hot chocolate and eating melone on the peak of the sand dunes during sunset. You can enjoy homemade food or Barbecue at night in the desert watching all the stars without any light pollution. Another interesting experience was how to see the women weaving carpets in their homes.
We really enjoyed the time here.
